Zu Ihren neuen Aufgaben gehören
2nd level support für bestehende Systeme unserer Fertigung im Bereich Automatisierungssoftware Analyse von Fehlfunktionen existierender Applikationen sowie Identifizierung und Beseitigung von Problemen . Definition und Einführung von Monitoring - und Analysetools Planung und Durchführung von Rollouts neuer Versionen existierender Applikationen nach einem definierten Rolloutprozess Sie haben Spaß an der Arbeit innerhalb eines teamorientierten Umfelds. Sie arbeiten einerseits kundenorientiert, achten dabei auch auf die Einhaltung von Prozessen um die Qualität der Arbeit sicherzustellen. Dabei zeigen sie neben analytischen auch kommunikative Fähigkeiten.
Sie erfüllen erfolgreich die Voraussetzungen, wenn Sie:
Einen HTL- oder Bachelorabschluss im Bereich Informatik , Computer Science/Engineering, Informationstechnologie oder ähnliches haben Idealerweise schon erste Erfahrungen im IT Bereich (Windows, C#) mitbringen Teamfähig, kommunikativ und offen sind sowie hohe Qualität anstreben und kundenorientiert denken An der Rufbereitschaft teilnehmen Über gute Englisch- und gute Deutschkenntnisse verfügen Die Anstellung erfolgt über einen unserer Vertragspartner. Wir setzen eine gültige österreichische Arbeitsgenehmigung voraus. Unser Vertragspartner bietet ein Gehalt von brutto € ,27 pro Monat (14 x entsprechend dem KV der Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie.
