**Die Herausforderung**

Bist du detailverliebt? Reizt es dich, komplexe Sachverhalte wie **direkte und indirekte Cashflow-Bewegungen** zu verstehen und zu erkennen, wie sich **Währungsabsicherungen** auf unser Gesamtergebnis auswirken? **Arbeitest du gerne funktionsübergreifend** mit einem breiten Spektrum von Interessengruppen zusammen? In dieser Funktion stellst du die effektive **Steuerung des Cashflows** sicher, einschließlich der **Verwaltung des Betriebskapitals** und der **Finanzierungsstruktur**. Gemeinsam mit dem VP Finance und dem Head of Global Controlling sorgt diese Rolle für **Transparenz gegenüber dem Managementteam** hinsichtlich der gesamten Wertschöpfung für unsere Shareholder.

**Deine Mission**

Cash Steering:

- Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Supply Chain, Beschaffung, Vertrieb, Buchhaltung und FP&A** zur effizienten Steuerung der Liquidität**:

- Enge Kooperation mit FP&A, BI und Buchhaltung an einem vollständig integrierten **Planungs-, Prognose
- und Simulationsmodell**

Treasury
- Vorantreiben aller **funktionalen Aspekte des Finanzwesens**, einschließlich FX-Hedging
- **Unterstützung des Buchhaltungsteams bei speziellen Finanzthemen** wie konzerninternen Finanzierungen
- Verfolgung aller** Bankguthaben** auf Unternehmenskonten
- Pflege enger **Beziehungen zu externen Stakeholdern**, einschließlich Banken und Steuerbehörden

Cash Management:

- **Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam bei der Prüfung **und Verwaltung von Debitorenrechnungen, Überwachung des Mahnwesens sowie effektive Kommunikation und Reporting mit der Versicherungsagentur
- Eigenständige **Überwachung der Forderungsausfallversicherung** unter Einhaltung der festgelegten Fristen

**Das bist du**
- Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss **in Betriebs
- oder Volkswirtschaft**:

- Du bringst mehrere Jahre **einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Treasury** mit, Controlling-Erfahrung ist ein Plus
- Deine** Excel-Kenntnisse sind top, BI-Erfahrung **(Datenvisualisierung und Planungs
- und Prognosetools) sind von Vorteil
- Du sprichst **sehr gut deutsch und englisch,** unser Arbeitsalltag ist bilingual
- Du kannst gut mit **Veränderung und wechselnden Prioritäten **umgehen
