In dieser vielfältigen Position sind Sie für den gesamten Quality Management Prozess im Plasmazentrum verantwortlich und sorgen als geschätzter Quality Experte dafür, dass das gesamte Team die Werte und Vorgaben unserer Quality Culture versteht und lebt.

**Das bewirken Sie**:

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Zentrumsmanager und Ärztlichen Leiter als Teil des Center Management Teams
- Organisation und Durchführung des lokalen Management Review Meetings im Plasmazentrum
- Kontrolle des Materialflusses (z.B. Freigabe von Produktionsmaterial vor der Verwendung, Kontrolle des Plasmatransports)
- Erstellung von Informationen fürs Management, Monatsberichten und Statistiken (CAPAs, Donor Adverse Events, epidemiologische Daten, Schulungen)
- Bearbeitung von Vorfällen, Abweichungen und Kundenbeschwerden
- Verwaltung von Qualitätsdokumenten
- Unterstützung des Risikomanagementprozesses und Überwachung der Hygienesituation im Plasmazentrum
- Durchführung von Schulungen (Datenintegrität, Datenschutz, Sicherheit) sowie GMP- und EHS-Rundgängen
- Support bei internen, regulatorischen und Lieferanteninspektionen
- Unterstützung des Validierungs
- und Kalibrierungsprozesses sowie von Projekten zur Prozessverbesserung (Kaizen)

**Dafür bringen Sie mit**:

- Naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (z.B. Medizin, Chemie, Biologie) o.Ä.
- Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement wünschenswert, idealerweise im Bereich Plasma Sourcing/ Pharma/ Chemie
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Quality & Regulatory, GMP, GDP und EHS
- Ausgezeichnetes Deutsch, gutes Englisch
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Teamplayer mit Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen in einem diversen und dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld
- Starke Qualitäts
- und Serviceorientierung
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft (im Bedarfsfall Vertretung von Kollegen in einem anderen Plasmazentrum in Österreich, unter 10%)
- Arbeitszeit: Teilzeit (28,5h/ Woche, Aufteilung auf fixe Tage möglich)
