Als Produktentwicklungsingenieur/ Product Engineer (m/w/d

Der Produktentwicklungsingenieur ist für die Entwicklung, die Verifikation und Serienreife neuer Produkte innerhalb des Produktportfolios von Carcoustics verantwortlich. Dabei betreut er den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess von der Akquisition neuer Projekte über die Prototypenphase bis hin zum Serienprozess

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du entwickelst für uns Bauteile zur akustischen, thermischen und elektromagnetischen Isolierung in Fahrzeugen
  • Du verantwortest das Produktdesign und stellst in jeder Phase des Produktentstehungsprozesses sicher, dass der erforderliche Reifegrad zu festgelegten Meilensteinen erreicht wird. Die Anforderungen an die Produktkosten, den Fertigungsprozess und die Werkzeugkonstruktion verlierst Du dabei nicht aus dem Blick
  • Du interpretierst Material- und Produktanforderungen sowie Spezifikationen von Kunden und stellst sicher, dass diese Anforderungen mit dem Produkt erfüllt werden
  • Gemeinsam mit angrenzenden Abteilungen wie der Materialentwicklung, der Prozessentwicklung und der Werkzeugkonstruktion führst Du Produkt-, Prozess- und Fertigungsmachbarkeitsstudien durch
  • Die Dokumentation des Entwicklungsfortschritts, die Erstellung von Detailstücklisten, DFMEA, die Bewertung und Prüfung von technischen Dokumenten wie Produktdaten und Zeichnungen sowie deren Freigabe gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren internen Fachabteilungen zusammen und bist der verantwortliche Vertreter der Produktentwicklung im Projekt. Regelmäßiger Kundenkontakt und ein intensiver Austausch gehören zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben, bei denen du eine starke Partnerschaft und Beziehung zum Kunden aufbaust
  • Auch die Einbeziehung anderer Fachabteilungen, wie z. B. Materialentwicklung, Prototyping und Testing, sowie die Koordination externer CAD-Dienstleister, stellst Du sicher

Das solltest Du mitbringen:

  • Du verfügst über den Abschluss einer HTL der Ingenieurwissenschaften oder ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium der Ingenieurswissenschaften vorzugsweise Maschinenbau (Kraftfahrzeugtechnik), bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im industriellen Bereich für Stanz- und Umformteile aus Aluminium sind von Vorteil
  • Hervorragende zwischenmenschliche Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Teambewusstsein, die Du sowohl intern in gleichzeitig arbeitenden Entwicklungsteams (PM, Qualität, Einkauf, Werk, etc.) als auch extern gegenüber Lieferanten und Kunden souverän einsetzt
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft Office-Anwendungen.
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen zu Kunden, Lieferanten und Werksstandorten.
