**Was Sie erwartet**:

- Strategische Planung, Operative Umsetzung und Sicherstellung einer regelmäßigen Erfolgskontrolle von PR-Projekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der verantwortlichen Marketing Manager:in
- Etablieren einer maßgeschneiderten, ganzheitlichen Planung aller Communications-Maßnahmen für definierte RBI-Tochterunternehmen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Shared Services im RBI Group Marketing, externen Partnern und Medien
- Entwicklung von produkt-spezifischem, zielgruppen-relevantem und kanal-adäquatem Content.(Print, Bewegtbild, Online, Social Media)
- Proaktives Issue Management in Kooperation mit der verantwortlichen Pressesprecher:in den RBI Tochterunternehmen
- Organisation und Betreuung von Pressekonferenzen und Interviews
- Maßgebliche Beteiligung an der Weiterentwicklung bestehender und neuer Kommunikationsformate

***Was Sie mitbringen**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene, höhere Ausbildung im Bereich Communications (Uni, FH etc.)
- Mehrjährige, einschlägige Erfahrung, idealerweise in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche bzw. in bankenspezifischer Produktkommunikation
- Ausgezeichnetes schriftliches und verbales Ausdrucksvermögen in Deutsch und Englisch
- Interesse an Themenvielfalt und -heterogenität, vor allem in den Bereichen "Bauen & Wohnen", sowie "Mobilität"
- Freude an selbständiger Themen-Recherche
- Begeisterte Teamplayer:in, die auch in herausfordernden Situationen einen klaren Kopf behält
