**Manager Field Marketing - Region Austria (m/w/d)**:

- ab sofort- Vienna- Full-time employee**Ihre Aufgaben.**:
Sie verantworten die Beaufsichtigung aller marketing-bezogenen Aufgaben für die Hotels der Deutschen Hospitality im Cluster Austria:

- Entwicklung und Umsetzung lokaler Marketing-pläne und Management von Hotelinhalten für alle digitalen Owned-, Earned
- und Paid-Channels
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung regionaler B2B-, B2C-, F&B- und Loyalty-Promotions über alle relevanten Offline
- und Online-Kanäle
- Implementierung der Brand Kampagnen auf dem regionalen Markt, unter vollständiger Einhaltung der Markenstandards
- Unterstützung bei regionalen Events
- Implementierung von markenkonformen Hotelmaterialien und Merchandising Tools
- Entwicklung von neuen Hotelpromotions und Initiativen für den lokalen Markt, sowie die Umsetzung von Marketingmaßnahmen
- Erstellung von professionellen Inhalten für alle relevanten Kanäle, wie Webcontent und Social Media Content
- Verwaltung und Pflege der Hotelbilddatenbank, sowie die Umsetzung von Hotelshootings
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team Center Marketing und den relevanten Stakeholdern aus den Hotels

**Unsere Anforderungen.**:

- Sie haben Ihren Sitz in der Region Wien und verantworten insgesamt 6 Hotelbetriebe im Cluster Austria & Eastern Europe
- Sie verfügen über ein tiefgreifendes Verständnis des regionalen Marktes und kennen die wichtigsten Akteure und Wettbewerber
- Sie sind kreativ, kommunikativ und begeistern sich für die Hotellerie und den Bereich F&B
- Das Ziel der Maximierung von Marktanteilen treibt Sie in Ihrer Arbeit an
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse und eine hohe Reisebereitschaft
