Your tasks:

  • Ensuring that the business unit ́s product portfolio (packaging solutions for food and nonfood) meets existing and future customer and regulatory requirements to offer competitive advantage
  • Close alignment with Business Development, Production and Sales to keep an eye on market developments and respond to customer needs
  • Management of the delfort product portfolio with specifications for paper, paper storage, usability, printing, processing
  • Development and implementation of a marketoriented R&D roadmap for fiberbased packaging solutions
  • Monitoring, optimization, control of development processes

Your profile:

  • Profound international experience in flexible packaging markets and ideally converting background
  • University degree (preferably technical) or equivalent
  • Paper production or processing knowledge beneficial
  • Experience in leading technical teams in matrix organizations
  • High proficiency in English, German is an advantage
  • Networker with a communicative personality combined with strong cooperation and coordination skills
  • Proactive and result driven mindset, handson
