Role Summary
As an Analyst specializing in User Experience at Magna, you will play a crucial role in our central 1st & 2nd level support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our internal customers with all IT-related issues and oversee the resolution of incidents and requests from inception to completion. Additionally, you will contribute to supporting both the central and decentralized network & server environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Incident- and Request-Handling for 1st & 2nd Level (Matrix42)
- Provide assistance in software and hardware domains including Windows10, O365, smartphones, notebooks, Linux workstations, etc.
- Analyze, categorize, and address incoming requests
- Participate in the support and maintenance of network & server infrastructure (Cisco, Fortinet, etc.)
- Independently resolve complex issues and fulfill requirements within your department
- Offer remote support and undertake tasks in projects / sub-projects
Knowledge and Education
- Completion of training as an IT specialist for system integration or relevant training/experience
Work Experience
- Extensive professional experience in IT Support roles or as an IT System Administrator
Key Qualifications/Requirements
- Proficiency in 1st & 2nd level support (hardware & software)
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and PC client management
- Foundational knowledge in network administration and Windows servers
- Agile, independent problem-solving approach
- Highly committed with excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional user and service orientation
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal

The annual compensation package for this position starts at a minimum of EUR 35,000 and is commensurate with qualifications. We offer attractive perks (e.g., performance bonuses, profit-sharing programs, etc.) and a competitive salary in alignment with industry standards based on your expertise and background.
Expected travel: 5-10% of working time.
