We are looking for a passionate and dedicated IT Support Representative (M/F/d) to join our dynamic team on-site in Graz / Austria.

If you enjoy solving technical challenges, participating in global IT projects, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a positive and team orientated environment, then you could be the perfect fit for our company.


Your tasks

  • Providing local support activities for the Global Service Desk, facilities and corporate IT functions
  • Deskside, L2 support and other IT support at designated sites
  • Troubleshoot and provide local support for end users
  • Act as the local liaison between IT and the business
  • Providing IT project support as required by the business
  • Own a secondary technical skill (for example SCCM, Zscaler, Apple devices)
  • Maintain internal user guides, guidance notes and technical documents
  • Provide new starters with correct equipment and guided access to IT resources and ensure leaver equipment is processed correctly
  • Stock control & inventory & secure hardware disposal
  • Response time for escalations to Level 2 support within SLAs
  • Replacement equipment available to meet SLA
  • Occasionally setup and maintenance of the IT infrastructure at a basic level
  • Provide vacation / holiday coverage to other in region liaisons
  • Occasionally on call/standby work during scheduled out of hours IT upgrades

Qualifications

  • Role typically requires 5 years IT experience in a professional capacity
  • Very good knowledge of Windows client software and Microsoft office
  • Able to manage priorities under pressure
  • Desired knowledge of networking, including Wifi, routers, switches, VPN
  • Secondary technical skill (e.g. Azure AD, endpoint security)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to convey technical information to non technical users successfully

  • Experience in working in an agile organization that is fast moving and requires a can do attitude
  • Experience in working across all levels of an organization
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
