Wir suchen einen **Senior** **System Support Analyst (m/w/d)** zur Unterstützung der Abteilung System Management. Die Stelle ist remote verfügbar, idealerweise in der Nähe zu unseren Standorten in Frankfurt, München, Nürnberg oder Graz (Österreich).

**Über die Rolle**:
Du unterstützt das System-Management Team bei der Administration der Unix-Umgebungen. Auch der Support der OpenLDAP-Server gehört zu deinen Aufgaben. Im Falle einer Fehlersituation übernimmst du die Initiative und führst das Know-How aller Teams zusammen.

**Über das Team**:
Das System Management Team ist verantwortlich für den fehlerfreien und stabilen Betrieb unserer Systeme und Kernbanken-Applikationen, die wir im Full-Outsourcing für mehrere Banken betreiben.

**Was Du tun wirst**:

- Du bist für die Middleware in unseren KORDOBA-Applikationen zuständig
- Du bringst Dein Know-How bei der Konzeptionierung der System
- und Anwendungsarchitektur ein
- Das Monitoring der eingesetzten Systeme wird von Dir konzeptioniert und realisiert
- Du verwaltest unsere eingesetzten Systeme und Anwendungen und steuerst alle notwendigen Maßnahmen
- Du sorgst für die technische Umsetzung der Change Requests unserer Kunden.
- Du verantwortest die Softwareinstallation und -generierung der Systeme
- Du garantierst das IT-Service Management im Rahmen der Service
- und Prozessstandards (ITIL)
- Du bist unser Second-Level-Support für Fehler in Systemen und Applikationen:

- Kontrolle und Bearbeitung der Systemmeldungen
- Steuerung der Maßnahmen zur Fehlerbehebung
- Du überwachst die Systemeffektivität und hilfst bei der technischen Kapazitätsplanung.
- Du hast die Verantwortung für unsere Sicherheitskonzepte (Datenschutz, Zugriffsschutz und Hochverfügbarkeit)

**Was Du mitbringst**:

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes (Fach-) Hochschulstudium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder kannst eine vergleichbare Qualifikation vorweisen
- Du hast umfangreiche Kenntnisse in Linux und Solaris. Du verfügst über erste Erfahrungen mit Programmiersprachen Perl, (Korn-)Shell und Java
- Du liebst den Kundenkontakt und arbeitest gerne im Team
- Du kannst messerscharf analysieren und suchst nach Lösungen für jedes Problem
- Du hältst Dich auch in Deiner Freizeit immer über die neuesten Entwicklungen in der IT auf dem Laufenden
- Deutsch beherrschst Du im Schlaf, aber auch auf Englisch kannst Du Dich konversationssicher verständigen

**Als Plus sehen wir**:

- Erfahrungen im Systemmonitoring, in unserem Falle Zabbix und Xymon.
- ITIL Prozesse in ServiceNow
