Als Senior Solution Architect (w/m/d) wirst du die effektive Implementierung, Anpassung und Optimierung unserer CRM-Lösung (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM) vorantreiben, um die strategischen Ziele der Organisation zu erreichen.

  • Du wirkst führend mit bei Design, Entwicklung und Bereitstellung von hoch qualitativen Software-Lösungen in einem funktionsübergreifenden Scrum-Team
  • Du fungierst als Mentor und Coach für Teammitglieder und bringst so Innovation und Verbesserungen ein
  • Du entwickelst skalierbare und effiziente Software-Lösungen in .NET und in der Azure Cloud
  • Du erstellst Architektur-Guidelines und achtest auf Best-Practice bei der Integration und Entwicklung mit Dynamics 365 CRM sowie der Power Plattform
  • Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Software-Lösungen konform mit den Industriestandards sowie unserer Firmenstrategie sind

Worauf es uns ankommt

  • Starke Expertise in der Software Solution Architektur mit Fokus auf .NET, C#. Kenntnisse in TypeScript / Frontend Frameworks sind wünschenswert
  • Solide Kenntnisse in CRM-Systemen, besonders Dynamics 365 sind von Vorteil
  • Hohe Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und ein strategisches Mindset
  • Führungserfahrung in einem agilen Software Development Team
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit besonders in der Zusammenarbeit mit technischen und nicht-technischen Stakeholdern in funktionsübergreifenden Teams

Bezahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation, jedoch mindestens 80.000,- Euro (Bruttojahresgehalt, all-in).
