Aufgaben

In Ihrer Rolle als Team Lead eines kleinen aber feinen Software-Development-Teams sind Ihre Aufgaben vielfältig, wegweisend sowie herausfordernd:

  • Leitung und Weiterentwicklung eines Sub-Teams: Sie führen ein Softwareentwicklungsteam, fördern deren berufliche Weiterentwicklung und sorgen für ein inspirierendes Arbeitsumfeld.
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an Projekten: Sie sind nicht Manager:in, sondern auch Macher:in. Ihre Expertise fließt in die Konzeption, das Design und die Entwicklung von Web- und Backendservices ein.
  • Lösungs- und Produktdesign: Sie bringen innovative Ideen ins Produkt ein, erarbeiten mit dem Team und den Stakeholdern kreative Lösungen, setzen diese rasch um und gestalten die Zukunft eines neuen Produkts.
  • Agile Prozesse: Sie sind ein agiler Enthusiast und gestalten die agilen Prozesse innerhalb und um das Team aktiv mit.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagern: Sie arbeiten eng mit den Produktmanager:innen zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass Projekte reibungslos ablaufen und alle Anforderungen erfüllt werden.

Profil

Wir suchen eine Führungskraft, die nicht nur durch ihr technisches Wissen, sondern auch durch ihre Führungskompetenzen überzeugt.

  • Sie haben über Jahre hinweg tiefgreifende Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung mit C#.NET gesammelt und haben bewiesen, dass Sie ein Team nicht nur führen, sondern auch inspirieren können - idealerweise in einem Start- oder Scale-Up-Umfeld.
  • Sie wissen, wie man große Datenmengen effizient handhabt und haben eine kunden- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Mit Ihre Hands-On-Mentalität scheuen Sie sich nicht davor, selbst anzupacken und zeigen, dass hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hohe Selbstmotivation zu Ihren Stärken zählen.
  • Mit Technologien wie Elasticsearch, Umbraco und RabbitMQ hatten Sie im besten Fall bereits Berührungspunkte.
  • Ein Interesse und Verständnis für den Finanzmarkt sind ein großer Bonus.
  • Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch fließend.

Gehalt
Das Gehalt liegt zwischen € 5200 und € 7100 Brutto pro Monat (Vollzeit) - je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
