Als Projektmanager in unserer Abteilung für Projekte und Veränderungen können Sie damit rechnen, Verantwortung für (internationale) Projekte und Workshops in den Bereichen Strategie, Prozess- und Organisationsentwicklung zu übernehmen. Unsere Projekte genießen hohe Aufmerksamkeit im Management und können für unser Unternehmen einen Unterschied machen.

Was erwartet Sie bei uns?

* Sie gestalten aktiv mit, wie unsere Fachabteilungen ihre Effizienz, Kunden- und Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit steigern und eine Leistungsmanagementkultur im Unternehmen etablieren können.
* Sie entwickeln Zielvisionen, leiten Arbeitspakete und spezifische Maßnahmen ab und sind für deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung verantwortlich.
* Sie leiten die Einführung neuer IT-Systeme, koordinieren die Zeitpläne und alle Aktivitäten von der funktionalen Gestaltung über die Entwicklung und das Testen bis hin zur Benutzerschulung und stellen sicher, dass jedes Projekt pünktlich geliefert wird und den Anforderungen der Kunden entspricht
* Sie entwickeln kontinuierlich methodische Ansätze und fungieren als Trainer und Ansprechpartner für die Themen Projektmanagement und Prozessoptimierung,

Was bringen Sie mit?

* Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
* Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise mit einem Hintergrund in der Beratung und nachgewiesener Fähigkeit, Stakeholder und Projektzeitpläne zu managen
* Umfangreiche Erfahrung in Projektmanagementdisziplinen, einschließlich der Dokumentation und Pflege von Projektplänen, Risiko-/Problem-/Aktionsprotokollen und der Förderung der Problemlösung
* Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, Probleme selbstständig zu identifizieren, zu strukturieren und zu lösen.
* Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Geschäftsprozessoptimierung, Lean Management und Organisationsentwicklung sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich Change Management
* Für diese Position sind fließende Englischkenntnisse erforderlich

Gehalt

Mindestens 57.172,64 Euro brutto pro Jahr bei 40 Wochenstunden. Ebenso wie Sie geben wir uns mit Mindeststandards nicht zufrieden - Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt vereinbaren wir abhängig von Ihrer Erfahrung.
