The Corporate Development Team acts as the key driver in the sourcing, evaluation and execution of M&A transactions, minority investments and strategic partnerships, in addition to contributing to developing and delivering on the broader corporate strategy, defining the next chapter of TTTech Auto.

As an Intern in the Corporate Development Team, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams of stakeholders, support in the execution along the entire M&A process, conduct market and business analysis and research, as well as support the team in developing and delivering on the broader corporate strategy.

Together, we shape the future of autonomous driving and beyond.
**Your Tasks**:

- Conduction and support of comprehensive market, industry, company and ecosystem research and analysis
- Support in the screening process (long list, short list, target list)
- Support in the execution along the entire M&A process
- Taking over individual work packages in projects, documentation, reporting, meeting and material preparation, etc.)
- Support in the development of business plans and models together with go-to market strategies for global expansions
- Involvement in the preparation of senior management and board presentations

**Your Profile**:

- Advanced studies in Business Administration or related courses, focusing on finance, accounting, investment management
- Strong analytical, interpretive and problem-solving skills combined with the willingness and ability to learn quickly
- Ambitious, hard-working and self-driven attitude
- Relevant job experiences (internships) is of advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint are a must)
- Excellent command of English & German
