In unserer Zentrale suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres engagierten Corporate Purchasing, Logistics & Supply Chain Teams (AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG) eine:n qualifizierte:n

Group Strategic Buyer Chemicals (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Entwicklung, Umsetzung und laufende Optimierung der Warengruppenstrategie Chemikalien" für die AGRANA-Gruppe inklusive Erhebung von Performance-Kennzahlen, Beschaffungsmarktrecherchen, Identifikation von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten sowie Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern.
* Evaluierung und Design optimaler Beschaffungsprozesse und Sourcing-Events sowie Sicherstellung der Umsetzung.
* Unterstützung von Projekten und strategischen Initiativen innerhalb der AGRANA-Gruppe.
* Weiterentwicklung des Bedarfsmanagements (z.B. Bedarfsspezifikation, Bedarfsmengenplanung) basierend auf historischen und zukunftsgerichteten Mengeninformationen.
* Erstellung regelmäßiger Reportings zu Performance und Entwicklungen in der Warengruppe.
* Lieferantenmanagement und Kommunikation: Laufende Überwachung und Verbesserung der Lieferantenperformance, sowie erster Ansprechpartner für Lieferanten.

Ihr Profil:

* Hochschulabschluss oder vergleichbare Ausbildung in einem technischen, natur- oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fach
* Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf; speziell im Einkauf von Chemikalien
* Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Ziel- und Ergebnisorientierung
* Kommunikative und kooperative Persönlichkeit
* Umfassende Kenntnisse in MS Excel & SAP R3/MM
* Fließende Beherrschung von Englisch und Deutsch (verhandlungssicher)
