•Du übernimmst Verantwortung im Bereich Process Management.
•Du bist maßgeblich an der strategischen Ausrichtung für den Bereich Process Management beteiligt, im Zuge der Multi-Category Portfolio Erweiterung und des Omni-Channel Vertriebsmodell.
•Du analysierst laufend die End-To-End Prozesse und Tätigkeiten im Bereich Prozess und steigerst durch kontinuierliche Optimierungen die Effizienz und Services für KundInnen.
•Du planst und koordinierst abteilungsübergreifende Multi-Kategorie Aktivitäten in Übereinstimmung mit den Unternehmenszielen.
•Du koordinierst Projekte innerhalb der Abteilung, sowie abteilungsübergreifend in Cross-Funktionalen Projekten.
•Du überwachst die Supply Chain-Systeme und deren relevante Schnittstellen.
•Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation des österreichischen Process Management Teams für einen nachhaltigen Erfolg der Abteilung. DEIN PROFIL:
•Ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit relevanten Schwerpunkten und praktischer Erfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain, Logistik, Prozess Management, Business Administration/Development oder vergleichbarem.
•Erfahrung im Umgang mit Cross-Funktionalen Teams, sowie der Führung von MitarbeiterInnen.
•Strategischer Weitblick, Prozessdenken, Out-of-the-Box Thinking, und ein kundenorientierter Ansatz zeichnen Dich aus.
•Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und Hands-On Mentalität, gepaart mit einer strukturierten, selbständigen Arbeitsweise und analytischen Fähigkeiten.
•Du verfügst über starke kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, vernetztes Denken und Innovationsdrang.
•Teamorientiertes Arbeiten, hohe Eigeninitiative und Spaß daran, neue Dinge auszuprobieren.
•Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel & PowerPoint).
•Erfahrung im Umgang und Schnittstellenmanagement mit SAP, sowie Analyse Tools wie Power BI.
