Digital Collaboration Application Expert (f/m/x)

What to expect:

  • Digital Workspace Management:
    • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SharePoint and Teams, OneDrive, OneNote applications, ensuring a high quality of service.
    • Develop and implement IT standards and best practices related to application design and support.
    • Establish governance policies for collaboration and productivity tools.
    • Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations.
  • User Support and Enhancement:
    • Oversee release updates and roll-out for end-users and evaluate impact on the M365 Platform. Work closely with Workplace client manager and SCCM for roll-out and enhance application related policies.
    • Support and guide the ongoing development of the company's SharePoint platform, offering technical insight and due diligence throughout the development cycles.
    • Assist colleagues in maximizing the use of digital tools.
  • Technical Expertise & Stakeholder Management:
    • Conduct operational monitoring of the SharePoint and M365 platform, including key dependencies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain digital collaboration solutions and App integrations (Power Platform, SAP, etc.).
    • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Office 365 services and apps.
    • Work with third-party suppliers to assist in their support, deployment of services.

What we expect:

Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge and experience of SharePoint system administration
  • Good knowledge and experience using Microsoft 365 technologies
  • Knowledge and experience using PowerShell
  • Knowledge and experience in ShareGate, and/or other similar migration tools
  • Relevant knowledge of Azure platform (incl. Azure Active Directory, Active Directory environments on-prem & hybrid configurations)
  • Good understanding of SharePoint and Information Architectures
  • Service and technology management practices (incl. incident, problem and change management, configuration, release, and deployment)

Skills:

  • Time management skills and the ability to balance priorities
  • Excellent communication skills in English, ideally proficient in German
  • Ability to communicate complex issues to non-specialists
  • Analytical, with attention to detail
  • Team player and adaptable in work tasks
  • Able to come up with creative solutions using existing or new ideas in an innovative way
  • Ability to transform creative ideas into practical reality

Gross yearly salary: from € 70, with appropriate experience at expert level, according to collective agreement, full-time), overpayment possible depending on professional qualifications and experience.

Location: our head office (QBC) at the central railway station (Hauptbahnhof)
