Human Resources Business Partner in (w/m/x)

37 Wochenstunden, ab sofort, unbefristet, Dienstort Wien

Als begeisterte r HR-Expert in mit Berufserfahrung gestalten Sie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der HR-Leitung und den Teamkolleg innen die Weiterentwicklung der Personalprozesse mit und übernehmen mit Freude und Energie die Verantwortung für die Umsetzung diverser HR-Projekte.


Aufgaben
  • Beratung von und Sparringpartner in für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter innen in allen personal-, team- und organisationsrelevanten Themen (Zuständigkeit: Abteilungen/Stabsstellen und neunerimmo)
  • Operative Personalbetreuung für Ihren Bereich
  • Gewährleistung der Schnittstelle zur Gehaltsverrechnung und Personaladministration
  • Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung sämtlicher HR-Prozesse im EmployeeLife-Cycle
  • Unterstützung der Einheiten / Teams bei Veränderungsprozessen
  • Verantwortung für/Mitarbeit an diversen HR-Projekten
  • Professionelle Durchführung von Recruiting-Maßnahmen (inkl. Gestaltung und Durchführung von Auswahl- und Entwicklungs-Assessments) in Ihrem Bereich

Profil
  • Idealerweise abgeschlossene Ausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich
  • Erfahrung in der Sozialbranche von Vorteil
  • Interesse am Erwerb von Methodenkompetenz wie z.B. in den Bereichen Changemanagement, Moderation, Konfliktmanagement etc. und Mut, Methoden und Tools der internen Beratung zu nutzen
  • Selbständiger und proaktiver Arbeitsstil sowie Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Gestaltungswille und Flexibilität
  • Neugier und hohe Lernbereitschaft
  • Freude an kreativen Lösungen
  • Kontaktfreudigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und diplomatisches Geschick
  • Ausgeprägter Teamgeist

Bezahlung gemäß SWÖ-KV Einstufung in die VWG 8 je nach anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten (Bruttomonatsgehalt von € 3.264, bis € 3.947,70), Essenszuschuss von € 2, pro Arbeitstag, ein zusätzlicher dienstfreier Tag, Diensthandy und Laptop, zentraler Bürostandort und flexibles Arbeiten im Gleitzeitsystem sowie Möglichkeit zu Telearbeit bei einer kollektivvertraglichen Wochenarbeitszeit von 37 WStd. für Vollzeitanstellungen.
