OVERVIEW

As our Senior Talent Partner you will be driving recruitment efforts for Tech positions while supporting overall hiring at Eversports. You'll play a key role in scaling and optimizing our recruitment processes—always with a people-first approach and a strong focus on candidate experience. Together with our Talent Acquisition team, you'll proactively explore new, creative, and efficient ways to attract top talent and help shape the future of our teams.

Full time: 35 hours/week with every second Friday off

VIENNA, Austria

YOUR TASKS

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for Tech roles, with occasional support for Commercial positions
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience from first touch to onboarding
  • Optimize and maintain recruitment workflows in our ATS (we use Greenhouse)
  • Track hiring metrics and share insights with the People Team
  • Drive strategic talent projects—from DEI and employer branding to pipeline building and hiring plans
  • Use recruitment tools, data, and sourcing strategies to boost hiring efficiency and support data-driven decisions across Tech and Commercial roles
  • Lead by example by advising hiring managers, mentoring teammates, and promoting a values-driven hiring culture across the company

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
  • Strong sourcing expertise and a solid grasp of hiring funnels, pipelines, and recruitment best practices for both Tech and Commercial roles
  • Skilled in using ATS platforms like Greenhouse—especially automations, templates, and scorecards
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and drive alignment
  • Fluent in English, with at least B2-level German (spoken and written)
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple roles and projects at once
  • Data-savvy and up to date on the latest recruitment trends and tools
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for people, culture, and creating standout candidate experiences

At Eversports, we believe in transparency, so here is the fine print: for the current position we will offer a minimum yearly gross salary of EUR 49.000,-- (based on a full-time basis of 35h).
