- Ausgewogenes und authentisches Management von Talenten und KundInnen
- Recruiting von SpezialistInnen, Betreuung der Talente vom Kennenlernen bis zum Onboarding
- Durchführung von Bedarfsanalysen bei unseren Partnern und KundInnen
- Teilnahme an branchenspezifischen Veranstaltungen (Networking & Weiterbildung)

- Du hast einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer Vertriebsposition – am besten natürlich im Bereich Personaldienstleistung
