YOUR TASKS * Assist in conducting market research and relative value analysis across various public sector exposures. * Support sourcing deals in primary and secondary markets through existing relationships. * Help with executing and coordinating due diligence tasks. * Assist in the analysis and negotiation of legal documentation, such as LAs, SPAs, and EMTNs. * Support the credit application, approval, and funding process. * Provide ongoing assistance in monitoring and reviewing closed transactions. YOUR PROFILE * A basic understanding of public sector finance, with a focus on EU countries (0-2 years of relevant work experience). * Basic understanding of legal, structural, credit, and liquidity risks. * Able to contribute to project management and work within tight deadlines. * A results-oriented approach with a willingness to learn. * Proficiency in both German and English is required; Spanish and/or French skills would be a plus.
