FLE GmbH, Teil des französischen LFPI-Konzerns mit knapp 28 Milliarden EUR Assets under Management, davon ca. 3,5 Milliarden in Immobilien, sucht zur Verstärkung seines Teams in Wien, eine/n ASSET MANAGER/IN (m/w/d) In dieser abwechslungsreichen Funktion werden Sie Teil eines dynamischen Teams, das die Märkte in DACH und CEE betreut und sich um alle Agenden des eigenen Immobilienbestandes kümmert. Ihre Aufgaben: * Wahrnehmung der Eigentümerfunktion für ein Immobilienportfolio in den Ländern der DACH-Region und CEE, * Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Steuerung der Vermietungsstrategien der Gewerbeimmobilien, * Durchführung laufender Analysen (Objekt, Standort und Umfeld), auch mit Fokus auf ESG, * Koordination und Überwachung der externen Dienstleister wie Property und Facility Management oder auch Makler, * Kontrolle des technischen Objektmanagements, * Identifizierung und Realisierung von Wertschöpfungspotenzialen, * Erstellung von Budgetplänen, und * immobilienwirtschaftliches Reporting. Ihr Profil: * Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches und/oder technisches Studium, * Drei- oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (Fokus: Controlling, Asset Management, Immobilienmanagement und/oder Projektentwicklung), * Verhandlungssicheres Englisch, Ostsprachen vorteilhaft, * hohe Zahlenaffinität, * sehr gute MS Office-Anwendungskenntnisse, * gutes Auftreten und interkulturelles Gespür für Geschäftspartner, * Teamplayer, und * Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen.
