Du willst an der Schnittstelle von Kreativität und Technologie arbeiten? Du liebst es, innovative Konzepte mit KI-gestützten Tools zu entwickeln und Texte, Bilder oder Videos auf das nächste Level zu bringen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig
Als Creative Prompter (m/w/x) bist du unser Spezialist für die optimale Nutzung von KI-gestützten Kreativ- und Editing-Tools. Du entwickelst intelligente Prompts, optimierst KI-generierte Inhalte und kombinierst Cutting-Edge-Technologie mit kreativer Exzellenz.


Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Prompts für AI-gestützte Content-Generierung (Text, Bild, Video)
  • Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung von KI-gestützten Editing-Techniken
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kreativ- und Strategie-Teams, um AI-Lösungen in den Arbeitsprozess zu integrieren
  • Optimierung der generierten Inhalte hinsichtlich Qualität und kreativer Exzellenz.
  • Testen neuer AI-Tools und Identifikation von Best Practices
  • Schulung und Support für Kolleg:innen im Umgang mit AI-gestützten Workflows.

Profil
  • Leidenschaft für kreative Prozesse und technologische Innovationen.
  • Du hast 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung in Motion Design sowie ein Gespür für Storytelling, Design und die Feinjustierung von AI-generierten Inhalten.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit AI-Tools für Content-Generierung (z. B. ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL
    •E, Runway).
  • Kenntnisse in gängigen Editing-Programmen (Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, etc.).
  • Experimentierfreude, analytisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, kreative und technische Herausforderungen zu lösen.
  • Erfahrung in der Medien-, Werbe- oder Kreativbranche ist von Vorteil.
  • Du teilst die Leidenschaft für digitale Trends, soziale Medien und bist auf dem neuesten Stand der Videotechnologie
  • Du arbeitest mit Stockfootage und kannst schnell und effizient neue Edits erstellen
  • Du kennst dich mit Video aus und kannst kleinere Drehs (Interviews, Imagefilme) durchführen
  • Du hast ein Faible für Fotografie (Produktfotos, Portraits, Pressefotos)
  • Du bist motiviert und fühlst dich in diese Rolle hineingewachsen
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Wir richten uns nach dem Kollektivvertrag für Werbung und Marktkommunikation. Für diese Position beträgt das Bruttojahresgehalt auf Vollzeitbasis 39.200 Euro. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung werden wir mit dir in einem persönlichen Gespräch das passende Gehalt ermitteln.
