Für vier exklusive 5 Hotels in Wien suchen wir ab sofort DICH als Vollzeit Assistant Operations Manager - Housekeeping (m/w/d).

Anstellungsart: Vollzeit


Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung der operativen Leitung: Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung der Reinigungsprozesse in renommierten 5 -Hotels.
  • Mitarbeiterführung: Koordination und Motivation der Reinigungsteams, Erstellung von Schichtplänen und Organisation des Personaleinsatzes.
  • Qualitätsmanagement: Sicherstellung höchster Hygienestandards durch regelmäßige Kontrollen und Umsetzung von Audits.
  • Kundenbetreuung: Direkter Ansprechpartner für Hotelmanager und Kunden, schnelle Lösung von Anfragen und Mitwirkung an Serviceoptimierungen.
  • Prozess- und Effizienzsteigerung: Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Optimierung.
  • Schulung & Weiterentwicklung: Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung und kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung der Reinigungsteams.
  • Einhaltung von Compliance-Vorgaben: Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltschutz und branchenspezifische Richtlinien sicherstellen.

Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in Facility-Management, Hotellerie, BWL oder vergleichbar.
  • Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition, idealerweise im Bereich Hotellerie oder Gebäudereinigung.
  • Starke Leadership-Skills, Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent.
  • Hands-on Mentalität mit der Zielsetzung jederzeit die beste Lösung für unsere Kunden, aber auch unsere Mitarbeiter zu finden
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) und digitalen Tools.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil.
  • Aufenthalts- und Arbeitsgenehmigung für Österreich

  • Für diese Position bieten wir auf Basis einer Vollbeschäftigung (40 Stunden/Woche) ein Gehalt von mindestens € 2.800 brutto pro Monat (14 x) zzgl. Feiertagszuschläge. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung selbstverständlich möglich.
