Über das Team:
Als Produktmanager:in arbeitest du gemeinsam mit einer Kollegin direkt unter dem Managing Director Österreich.
In dieser Funktion bist du verantwortlich für die strategische Neupositionierung und die Sicherstellung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Plattform herold.at. Ziel ist eine neue und erweiterte B2C und B2B Value Proposition und nachhaltige Relevanz für Endkunden und KMUs in Österreich.
- Produktentwicklung: Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung der Plattform mit Fokus auf die Neuausrichtung eines neuen Business Modells, Nutzerfreundlichkeit, Funktionalität und modernes Design.
- SEO-Optimierung: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von SEO-Strategien, um die bestehende sehr gute aber abnehmende organische Reichweite und Sichtbarkeit der Plattform signifikant zu erhöhen.
- Datenanalyse: Kontinuierliche Analyse von Nutzerdaten, Markttrends und Wettbewerb, um datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen.
- Stakeholder-Management: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Teams (z. B. IT, Marketing, Sales) und externen Partnern.
- Projektmanagement: Leitung von Projekten zur Einführung neuer Funktionen und Features in enger Abstimmung mit dem Entwicklungsteam.
- Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Produktmanagement, idealerweise in der Entwicklung und Vermarktung digitaler Plattformen als Change Management oder im Startup Bereich.
- SEO-Know-how: Fundierte Kenntnisse in Suchmaschinenoptimierung (Technisches SEO, Content-Strategien, Keyword-Analysen, Linkbuilding).
- Analytische Fähigkeiten: Erfahrung im Umgang mit Tools wie Google Analytics, Google Search Console und anderen SEO-Tools.
- Technisches Verständnis: Kenntnisse in Webtechnologien, CMS-Systemen und idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in HTML, CSS oder JavaScript.
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Innovationsfreude: Leidenschaft für digitale Trends und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Nutzerbedürfnisse.
- Kommunikation: Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, um Visionen und Ziele effektiv zu vermitteln. Fähigkeit auf externen zukünftige Kooperationspartner zuzugehen und sie von einer gemeinsamen Zusammenarbeit zu überzeugen.
- Teamplayer: Hohe Eigeninitiative, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, interdisziplinäre Teams zu motivieren.

Gehalt:
Das Mindestentgelt für diese Stelle beträgt monatlich brutto € 4.000,-- für 38,5 Stunden/Woche All In. Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich
