Aufgaben

Wir suchen eine engagierte und vorausschauende Persönlichkeit, die unsere globale Einkaufsorganisation strategisch weiterentwickelt. In dieser Position übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle an der Schnittstelle von Mitarbeiterentwicklung, Projektmanagement und Change Management - mit dem Ziel, den Einkauf zukunftsfähig, vernetzt und innovativ aufzustellen. Dies beinhaltet folgende Aufgabengebiete:

Projektmanagement & Digitalisierung

  • Eigenständige Leitung von Projekten im Bereich Einkaufstechnologien und -prozesse
  • Umsetzung bereichsübergreifender Initiativen, z. B. zur Integration Künstlicher Intelligenz in Einkaufsprozesse
  • Entwicklung und Einführung nachhaltiger Change-Management-Strategien

People Development & Procurement Academy

  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer global ausgerichteten Procurement Academy zur gezielten Förderung unserer Einkaufsmitarbeitenden in Zusammenarbeit mit HR
  • Verantwortung für Onboarding-Konzepte, Begleitung neuer Kolleg:innen sowie regelmäßige Aktualisierung relevanter Materialien
  • Aktive Gestaltung einer offenen Team- und Feedbackkultur innerhalb des Einkaufsbereichs
  • Impulsgeber:in für neue Ideen - durch aktiven Austausch mit anderen Unternehmen, Fachnetzwerken und die Teilnahme an Fachmessen & Branchenveranstaltungen

Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder ähnliches
  • 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement und/oder in der Personal- oder Organisationsentwicklung - idealerweise im Einkaufs- oder Supply-Chain-Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse im Change Management und Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Transformationsprozessen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und ein sicheres Auftreten in internationalen Zusammenhängen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Interesse oder erste Erfahrung im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz und digitale Einkaufsprozesse

Für diese Position wird ein marktkonformes Gehalt geboten, das sich an der spezifischen Qualifikation und der entsprechenden Berufserfahrung orientiert.

Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet, ein Mindestgehalt anzugeben. Das Mindestjahresbruttogehalt für diese Position beträgt laut Kollektivvertrag (Holzindustrie) 39.200 EUR.
