**Stellenbeschreibung**:
Als ERP Program Manager gestalten Sie in verantwortungsvoller Position eines der größten Software-Modernisierungsprogramme unseres Unternehmens mit. Mit Ihrer Erfahrung und Ihrer Leidenschaft führen Sie ein interdisziplinäres Team in der ERP-Transformation im SAP S/4 Umfeld zum Erfolg Folgende Aufgaben beschäftigen Sie im daily business:

- Führung des IT Program/Project Teams, Schnittstelle zum Steering Committee, dem Program Owner und wichtiger Stakeholder im Top Management
- Sicherstellung eines professionellen Projektverlaufes unter Überwachung vereinbarter Ziele (Qualität, Meilensteine/Termine, Kosten)
- Verantwortung über die einwandfreie Kommunikation aller im Programm beteiligten Stakeholder zu kommerziellen, terminlichen und technischen Themen (Statusmeetings, Workshops, Kommunikationsregeln, usw.)
- Regelmäßige Durchführung der Risiko
- & Chancenanalysen sowie Planung entsprechender Steuerungsmaßnahmen
- Im Rahmen von Beauftragungen externer Partner enge Abstimmung mit anderen Abteilungen wie Procurement, Legal oder der Geschäftsführung
- Unterstützung unserer nationalen und internationalen Projektmitarbeiter im Rahmen komplexer IT-Projekte (z.B. Service Outsourcing, ERP/Daten Carve-Outs, globale Rollouts)
- Konzeption und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen um optimales Coaching, Motivation und Entwicklung der zugeordneten Teams zu erreichen

**Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von interdisziplinären Projekten und strategischen Initiativen im Umfeld ERP, SAP und/oder S/4 HANA
- Unternehmerisches Denken sowie Kundenorientierung und Zielstrebigkeit
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Projekte und Prozesse im Konzernumfeld
- Professionalität und Ausdauer in Koordination und Kommunikation
- Gute Kenntnisse in Betriebswirtschaft und Informationstechnologie
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse

**Für diese Position wird ein marktkonformes Gehalt geboten, welches sich an der konkreten Qualifikation und der adäquaten Berufserfahrung orientiert. **Wir sind gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet ein Mindestgehalt anzugeben.
