Als Expert:in für externe Kommunikation haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Ihr strategisches und operatives Know-how zur Stärkung der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit von Frequentis einzusetzen, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf der internationalen Sichtbarkeit liegt. Sie berichten an den Head of Group Communications und werden Teil eines Kommunikationsteams von 5 Experts FOR A SAFER WORLD.
Aufgaben Strategiearbeit: Sie sind mitverantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung der externen Kommunikationsstrategie und bieten Unterstützung für Print-, Online- und Social-Media-Kanäle.
Internationale PR: Sie unterstützen die Koordination der internationalen Presseaktivitäten mit unseren lokalen Geschäftsführern und deren Teams und planen, implementieren und überwachen diese Aktivitäten mit lokalen Agenturen.
Neue Kanäle: Sie entwickeln neue Kommunikationskanäle (z.B. Podcasts).
Krisenkommunikation: Zusammen mit dem Head of Group Communications entwickeln Sie Krisenkommunikationspläne. Sie unterstützen und vertreten unseren Head of Group Communications im Krisenfall.
High-level Projekte: Sie haben die Möglichkeit, Vorstandsprojekte zu unterstützen und ein internes Newsroom-Konzept zu gestalten und umzusetzen.

Profil Fähigkeit, effektiv in einer globalen Matrixorganisation zu arbeiten, mit starker funktionsübergreifender und interkultureller Kompetenz zur Zusammenarbeit.
Mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der internationalen Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, idealerweise eine Mischung aus Unternehmens- und Agenturerfahrung in einer technologieorientierten Branche.
Erfahrung in der Krisenkommunikation.
Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Agenturen.
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch
