Als Team Lead Technical Support (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für die Leitung unseres Teams von technischen Expert:innen, die unsere Kunden bei der technischen Einrichtung und Konfiguration unserer KI-basierten Buchhaltungsautomatisierung unterstützen. Dabei verantwortest du die Integration unserer Softwarelösungen mit unseren Partnern und sorgst für eine effiziente Bearbeitung unserer Kundenanfragen (2nd Level Support). Gemeinsam mit deinem Team bist du maßgeblich daran beteiligt, den Erfolg unserer Kunden mitzugestalten und auszubauen.

Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben:
  • Leitung und Management eines Teams von Experten für technischen Support und Verantwortung für die effektive Integration unserer Softwarelösungen mit unseren Partnern (DATEV, BMD, RZL, etc.).
  • Förderung eines positiven und kooperativen Teamumfelds, das eine offene Kommunikation und den Wissensaustausch unterstützt.
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch reibungslose technische Einrichtung sowie Konfiguration unserer Produkte für unsere Kunden.
  • Fungieren als primäre Eskalationsstelle für komplexe Kundenprobleme.
  • Schulung und Entwicklung unseres Technical Support Teams, um sicherzustellen, dass technische Probleme effektiv gelöst werden und erstklassiger Kundenservice angeboten wird.
  • Identifizierung von Trends und Herausforderungen im Support-Bereich und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Support Services.
  • Beratung von Fachabteilungen bezüglich des Einsatzes der Applikationen.
  • Verfassung nachvollziehbarer Dokumentation für diverse Prozesse.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Betriebs-, Entwicklungs- und Data Science Teams.
  • Teilnahme an / Durchführung von IT-Projekten und Schulungen rund um die Applikationen.
Das solltest du mitbringen:
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Technischen Support oder vergleichbaren Teams
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im DATEV-, BMD- oder Rechnungswesen- Umfeld
  • Stark ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und Kundenorientierung
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Führungsqualitäten
  • Technische Affinität sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Konzepte verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Neugierde, Wissensdurst und keine Scheu, Systeme zu verändern und zu verbessern
  • Bereitschaft, neue Projekte zu implementieren und neue Techniken sowie Werkzeuge zu erlernen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift – sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch
  • Freude an der Arbeit in einem hochdynamischen Umfeld eines Start- bzw. Scale-Ups

  • Das Mindestgehalt für diese Stelle beträgt €55.000,- jährlich auf Vollzeitbasis – eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich
