Technical Support Specialist (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

Align group strategy on plant network optimization, decarbonization and new product development. Prepare both annual and strategic mid- to long-term plant network and capex plans. Develop tools and procedures for a global operations KPI dashboard. Prepare annual production KPI and cost targets with local operations and controlling teams. Monitor production KPI and cost performance, escalating underperformance and helping to define countermeasures. Support the development of tools for a central investment dashboard, providing an overview of committed capex and capex reserves. Follow up and report on capex and production costs, creating central dashboards and necessary processes. Coordinate the implementation of both plant network as well as technical projects with the Head of R&D and the Head of Engineering

Your Profile

At least 5-6 years of experience in controlling or production Academic and work background in the process industry Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills Expertise in plant network optimization and strategic thinking Expertise in operational excellence and lean thinking Project management skills Excellent command of English, both spoken and written Strong communication skills and intercultural understanding
