Quality Platform Leader

In this role, you will be part of a great team As Quality Platform Leader (m/f/d), you are the quality leader for your respective Jenbacher gas engine product line. You manage the quality discipline supported by all relevant company functions including but not limited to Engineering, Sourcing and Services to ensure that all product quality defects, non-conformities are tracked, actionized and ultimately resolved on time.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Be the Quality Leader for each product line
  • Accountable for launch and change control of relevant platform developments including release of new engines
  • Lead Quality Case resolution for the top Quality issues
  • Lead the issue screening process
  • Drive quality plan and quality targets
  • Execution of internal Audits to ensure Process compliance and process effectiveness
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering preferred or 10+ years engine expertise
  • Profound domain experience in combustion engines, service for engines and engine systems
  • Being able to execute within a matrix organization
  • Comfortable in an international environment and have convincing oral and written communication skills in both German and English
  • Ability to make priority calls based on limited information
  • A valid work permit for Austria as a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.269,07 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
