What You'll Bring

Education

  • Undergraduate degree and MBA with strong academic performance
  • Please note that you must be studying an MBA at ESADE, London Business School or IESE to be eligible 

 

Professional Skills

  • 3 + years of consulting or industry experience with a proven track record of achievement and high performance in the roles you’ve held
  • Ability to think analytically and creatively with excellent quantitative and qualitative problem solving skills
  • Adopting out of the box thinking and the capability to package complex topics and ideas
  • Excellent communication and client relationship building skills


Personal Attributes

  • Flexible, curious and creative, open for new things and able to propose innovative ideas
  • Self-driven, independent and autonomous judgment
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
