Our Infrastructure andCapital Projects practice is comprised ofover 600sector experts and specialised consultants across the Globe.Wecombine strategic and operationalexpertisewith a deep technical knowledge to support developers, sponsors, lenders, andprojects leaderto select, structure, improve and execute Capital Projects in a more efficient and sustainable way.

We have recently expanded to Australia with teams set up in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth and we are now looking to branch expand into our Brisbane office. We are lookingforManager – Senior Director levels to join the team toworkon infrastructure & capital project engagements supporting clientsto deliver large capexprograms and projects.

Role & Responsibilities:

·Participate in the execution ofmajorinfrastructure projects, contributing totimelyand high-quality outcomes.

·Contribute to the development of detailed work plans, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and quality.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of services.

·Assistin data consolidation and analysis for critical insights within thecapital projectsindustry.

·Participate in presentations and client interactions, conveying information clearly and effectively.

·Engage indifferentproject solutions, collaborating with colleagues and clients across different sectors.

·Respond proactively to project demands andanticipateactions crucial for project success.

·Develop an understanding of thecapital projectsindustry's unique challenges and opportunities.

What are we looking for:

·Bachelor/master's degree in engineering or related field/s.

·The ideal candidate will have prior experience in consulting firms, with strong business acumen, a self-started, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·Proven experience incapital projectssolutionsandinfrastructure project management.

·Strong excel and power point skillsrequired.

·Availability for travel requirements.

·Ability tofacilitateanalyses to guide project delivery,proposingaction plans anddemonstratingconfidence in decision-making.

·Ability toutilisecreative thinking to co-create with clients, offering internal solutions or new business opportunities to address their needs.

Special Characteristics

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate to senior members of target management, client representatives andcolleagues.

·Solid understanding of technical concepts, particularly withincapital projects management.

·Highly analytical and problem-solving mind-set.

·Strong project management and negotiation skills.
