to select, structure, improve and execute Capital Projects in a more efficient and sustainable way.We have recently expanded to Australia with teams set up in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth and we are now looking to branch expand into our Brisbane office. We are looking
for
Manager – Senior Director levels to join the team to
work
on infrastructure & capital project engagements supporting clients
to deliver large capex
programs and projects
.Role & Responsibilities:·
Participate in the execution of
major
infrastructure projects, contributing to
timely
and high-quality outcomes.·
Contribute to the development of detailed work plans, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and quality.·
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of services.·
Assist
in data consolidation and analysis for critical insights within the
capital projects
industry.·
Participate in presentations and client interactions, conveying information clearly and effectively.·
Engage in
different
project solutions
, collaborating with colleagues and clients across different sectors.·
Respond proactively to project demands and
anticipate
actions crucial for project success.·
Develop an understanding of the
capital projects
industry's unique challenges and opportunities.What are we looking for:·
Bachelor/master's degree in engineering or related field/s.·
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in consulting firms, with strong business acumen, a self-started, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.·
Proven experience in
capital projects
solutions
and
infrastructure project management
.·
Strong excel and power point skills
required
.·
Availability for travel requirements.·
Ability to
facilitate
analyses to guide project delivery,
proposing
action plans and
demonstrating
confidence in decision-making.·
Ability to
utilise
creative thinking to co-create with clients, offering internal solutions or new business opportunities to address their needs.Special Characteristics·
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate to senior members of target management, client representatives and

capital projects management
