Job Description: As a Corporate Travel Team Leader you will play a pivotal role in leading and motivating a team of travel consultants to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance targets. You will combine your leadership skills with your expertise in travel management to drive team productivity and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supervising a team of corporate travel consultants, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to maximize their potential.
  • Monitoring team performance and productivity, setting performance targets, and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Acting as a point of escalation for complex client issues and providing prompt resolutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement strategies for team growth, client retention, and service improvement.
  • Conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members in travel booking systems, industry trends, and customer service.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
