  • Key responsibilities:Managing all aspects of project design delivery
  • Design and Project Management of Urban Development projects
  • Regular communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Implementing safety in design practices
  • Leading and mentoring junior staff
  • Hydrology and flood modelling (Tu-flow / HEC-RAS experience highly desirable)

Ideal candidate qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years' design experience (15+ years preferred)
  • Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Design review experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 12D, DRAINS, MUSIC, MS Project, and MS Office suite
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially report writing
  • Excellent knowledge of the SEQ market, Australian Standards & Council design standards
  • Understanding of Service Authority design approval and construction standards

This position is based in the company's inner-city Brisbane office. The firm is currently involved in several major projects with many more in the pipeline, offering exciting opportunities for career growth and development.
