Role DescriptionDue to growth in our Urban Development and Regeneration business, we are seeking experienced Civil Construction Engineers to join our team. Your focus will be on land development projects spanning residential greenfield, urban regeneration, industrial, roads, public infrastructure, and water projects.
Role AccountabilitiesYour responsibilities will include:
- Construction Phase Services such as producing Bill of Quantities, tender and construction documents.
- Construction supervision, site inspections, meetings, and contract administration.
- Providing technical advice, resolving construction issues, and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Contributing through innovation and technical solutions.
Your role may also involve technical civil engineering design and reporting for land development sites, safety assessments, and delivering high-quality design documentation.
Qualifications & ExperienceTo be considered, you should have:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) qualification.
- Melbourne Retail Water Agencies (MRWA) sewer and water auditing accreditation.
- 5 to 8 years of civil engineering experience in Australian urban development projects.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or 12d is advantageous.
- Strong communication, program management, and report writing skills.
