About the role

We have a new opportunity available in our Digital team for a Part Time Team Administrator (3 days a week) to join us in the Brisbane office. The role will work with the Digital leadership team on a range of activities around the budgets and purchasing, as well as actioning and improving people, process and system activities to ensure the back office administrative activities run smoothly.
 
Key accountabilities include:

  • Generating purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts and invoices/payments
  • Tracking of deadlines, spend and usage against digital budgets and software contracts
  • Following up with suppliers on quotes, deliveries, and invoice anomalies 
  • Administration of contract resources and new starters (recruitment forms, approvals, timesheets, onboarding, offboarding, billing, cost tracking)
  • Supporting the development of ways of working, and IT processes to guide the business, and keeping the Digital intranet / team site uptodate 
  • The role will also involve general team administration and coordination (For example but not limited to: calendar management, travel, meeting coordination, reporting, document control, archiving, data/directory cleanup) coupled with digital team communications. Support for non Digital functional teams as required will be a requirement of this role.

You are an experienced Administrator who thrives on problem-solving and is proactive in getting things done. You are known for your communication skills and ability to liaise with all levels of hierarchy across the business. You are someone who has mastered the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and previous experience with purchasing / receipting on a ERP system (eg SAP).
