Our client is a prominent ASX Australian Property Investment Business, specialising in property Finance. The company culture is dynamic, open, and entrepreneurial with a strong client focus. Their disciplined investment approach aims to deliver strong risk-adjusted returns through both income and total return strategies.
Role Overview
We are seeking an innovative and experienced Talent acquisition Manager to support the Head of People and Culture and business leaders. You will play a key role in talent mapping and building robust talent pipelines to meet the current and future needs of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop detailed job descriptions and specifications.
- Utilise various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, networking events, and professional associations to find potential candidates.
- Assist hiring managers in conducting thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Lead the negotiation and offer process, ensuring fair and competitive compensation packages.
- Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously improve and innovate recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectivenes
- Lead key initiatives to enhance the HR function within identified areas as needed.
- 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within funds management or financial services.
- Deep recruitment experience, with a strong focus on Analyst and Associate recruitment.
- A degree in commerce, business, psychology, or a related field is required; post-graduate qualifications are a plus.
- Proficient in using technology and software, including Microsoft Office and an HRIS
