The Role

This organisation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join their payroll team on a part-time basis 3 days a week. As a Payroll Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing payroll operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and contributing to our financial stability and success. Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Accurately process payroll for employees
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
  • Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations
  • Continuously review and enhance payroll processes

Your Profile:

  • Previous experience as a Payroll Officer
  • Proficiency in using payroll software and systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing
  • Understanding of payroll laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to
