Building Facilities Manager

For a very respected international brand named 100 plus keys luxury apartment hotel.
Where this senior position reports directly to the Regional General Manager.
AND
Oversees all maintenance and body corporate issues regarding the structural and preventative maintenance implementations at this international nicely located hotel.
The Regional GM and the Head of the BC wish list, is to see the successful candidate:
- As a member of the institution of engineers Australia
- Be Diploma or Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineeringor the like
- Have experience with HVAC-Refrigeration Engineering
With Accreditations : As a Senior First Aid Officer and Fire safety Officer
- Certificate of Attendance Property Risk and compliance management, NSCA,
- Safety Checking Electrical Appliances & Tagging
This position, would be amongst other:
- Managing and coordinating defects liability with external building contractors
- Overseeing the daily operations of the hotel maintenance.
- Preparing specifications and preventive maintenance schedules
- Oversee procurement of services, compliances, etc.
- Delegation and co-ordination of onsite maintenance staff and & contractors to jobs according to priority.
- Managing and coordinating all hotel defects with external building contractors.
