ICT Change Analyst

As a Change Analyst in DPT, you will report to the Manager, Change and Engagement. You will assist with the implementation of Change Management and Communications for the Industrial Court. Working within the Industrial Court technology project, you will be required to engage with internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of the digital system and understand the impacts on people, processes and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of integrated change management plans that focus on specific organisational needs of the Industrial Court.
  • Develop and manage change deliverables including change readiness assessments, communications stakeholder engagement plans, training plans, and other change deliverables, as required.
  • Support and assist with aspects of the project and change implementation activities including research, qualitative and quantitative analysis, workshop facilitation process mapping and the development of communication collateral to support the change.
  • Assist with the preparation of a range of project and change management related documents as instructed, including change readiness surveys, change impact assessments, project status updates, briefing notes and discussion papers.

Profile

About you:

  • Qualifications or expert knowledge and experience in Change Management and Communications.
  • Experience delivering change management and communications in ICT related programs and/or projects.
  • Sound understanding of, and experience in ICT Service Delivery and Operations.

  • Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and consultation with a detailed understanding of the organisation. Strong communication skills including writing, presenting and working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Desirable to have skills in working within large and complex projects and to have an understanding of project cycle and roles.
