We are currently looking for aSenior Client Managerto join our highly successful Sales team in QLD. Based in our Brisbane CBD office you will be responsible for driving sales in existing accounts and new business streams.

Your day at NTT

  • Manageand grow relationships to drive land, expansion and renewals across allsolutions within assigned accounts.
  • Pursue leads identified by aligned Lead GenerationReps
  • Drive client satisfaction throughout the entirelifecycle of the clients’ buying process.
  • Generatedemand by assisting clients to identify current needs and then effectivelyarticulate how we can add value through our services and solutions.
  • Influence and work closely with vendors to achieverequired results.
  • Use sales tools and methodology to effectivelymanage accounts, opportunities, pipelines and forecast.
  • Take ownership of a range of clients within theassigned segment.
  • Develop open and effective channels ofcommunication in with each client within the assigned account.
  • Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients toadditional services.
  • Become the reliable point of contact for clientsthat is required to establish a strong business relationship.
  • Takes ownership of a range of accounts within theassigned segments.
  • Determine the best solution requirements for eachclient that can be deployed by other departments.
  • Buildenduring relationships and display an understanding of the client industry,business environment and strategy to identify current and future opportunities forthe business.
  • Developand/or align governance and compliance policies in own practice area toidentify and manage risk exposure liability.
  • Monitorand control financial governance and compliance throughout an area ofspecialisation in order to manage financial cost
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • Sales business acumen - Skills supporting successfulselling through organisational and business outcome mindset. Success willrequire focusing on planning, leveraging tools and data, and concentrating on businessrequirements
  • Developingthe skills to understand your client’s business (including commercial andfinancial aspects) in order to bring value to them from NTT’s portfolio ofservices
  • Salesclient engagement and management - Skills used to effectively manage andanalyze the client throughout the client lifecycle, with the goal of improvingclient relationships and driving sales growth. Success will require detailedunderstanding of client needs, effective sales planning, and building trust,all while managing to client expectations. Developing the skills required toknow your client, building effective and lasting relationships with them and tobe seen as a trusted advisor.
  • Salessolution skills - Knowledge of NTT Ltd.'s offerings, client applications, usecases and market trends and the skill to apply them to individual client andprospect situations that positions the sales team member as an expert clientadvisor.
  • Successwill require the ability to link business offerings, including high-valueservices to specific client and prospect needs and outcomes.
  • Salespursuit - Skills and knowledge that enable a sales team member to createsuccess by identifying and advancing opportunities at assigned prospects andclients. Success will require both individual ownership as well asaccountability for coordinating internal and external resources in order toclose sales opportunities.
Academic Certifications and Qualifications
  • Relevant Degree or Advanced Diploma
  • Post-graduate qualification would be advantageous
Required Experience
  • Advanced experience in a similar role in a similar environment
  • Advanced experience in a sales environment and/or customer service role
  • Advanced sales and client engagement experience coupled with a good understanding of business, sourcing and technology market
  • Advanced experience negotiating with clients and vendors
  • Advanced experience with business to business and business to consumer sales technique.
  • Experience providing mentoring and coaching to less experienced client managers
  • Advanced experience analysing commercial information
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com contact platform

Your day at NTT
