Rostering Lead/Analyst - People Systems (PSI) Program
The Royal Melbourne Hospital & Western Health

- Full Time Fixed Term position (12 months) working 80 hours per fortnight with monthly paid day off

We are seeking an experienced and talented Rostering Lead/Analyst who will be one of the key business subject matter experts on the project. Experience in rostering space with a clinical background will be highly regarded.

- Liaise with the health services to bring the subject matter knowledge into the project.
- Undertake analysis and problem solving tasks/outputs through the project lifecycle, with guidance.
- Work in collaboration with other project team members.

- You are proactive and have the ability to ‘think outside the box’.
- You demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement.
- You possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
