About the Role
Aramex Sydney has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Application Business Owner and Change Manager. As the Application Business Owner and Change Manager, the role is focused on overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of critical selected applications within Aramex Oceania. Reporting to the Global IT Program Manager, this role supports the adoption of key business applications while maintaining minimal disruption during transformation and change activities.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Roadmap Management: Develop and update the application development roadmap.
- Change Management: Lead change efforts, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Training and Support: Create and deliver training for users, providing ongoing support.
- Business Analysis: Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
To Be Successful in This Role:
- Expertise in change management.
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs.
- Advanced business analysis skills.
- Experience in vendor management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset for problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Several years of relevant experience.
- Professional certifications in change management, business analysis, or project management are desirable.
