Senior Change Manager

Join our dynamic team at The Aquarium Consulting, a leading consultancy firm specialising in transformative business solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Change Manager to lead a high-stakes remediation program for our client. This role promises an exciting opportunity to drive impactful change in a fast-moving, audit-intensive environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage a comprehensive remediation program, focusing on rapid and effective transformation.
- Develop and implement strategic change initiatives to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive program milestones and deliverables.
- Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the change process.
- Analyze audit findings and integrate corrective actions into the remediation plan.
- Monitor and report on progress, identifying risks and proposing mitigating strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness within the organization.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience (5 + years) in change management, preferably within a highly regulated industry or audit-heavy environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale remediation or transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and driving consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable.
- Experience in financial services, healthcare, or similar regulated industries is a plus.
