We are partnering with a leading financial services organisation who is committed to transforming the way they deliver value to their customers. As the industry continues to innovate and adapt to the rapidly changing financial landscape, it is an exciting time to join the team and help drive change across a key program of work.
The Senior Change Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing change management strategies. Reporting into the PD, you will deliver change activities such as impact assessments, analysis, and documentation through to implementation. You will focus on detailed hands-on tasks and be involved in strategic oversight, building strong relationships with stakeholders will be key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough change analyses, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and gap analyses, to ensure well-prepared change initiatives.
- Develop targeted and actionable change management strategies, focusing on leadership alignment, effective communication, and readiness evaluations.
- Identify and assess potential risks and obstacles to successful change implementation and create strategies to mitigate these challenges.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align change management activities with broader organisational objectives and priorities.
- Proven experience in change management within the financial services industry or other regulated environments, leading and managing change at business or program level.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and build trust.
- Hands-on experience in planning and executing complex change programs.
- Skilled in assessing change complexity and recommending appropriate effort, capability, and resourcing for successful delivery.
- Strong leadership skills in self-management, leading others, and collaborating with senior leaders, stakeholders, and teams.
- Proficient in using a variety of tools for engagement, communication, and planning.
- Ability to work creatively in evolving environments where “best practice” is still developing.
- Strong focus on delivering to the plan while remaining flexible and adaptive to change as needed.
