Job Description

Bosch Rexroth is looking for a Human Resources Manager with proven experience overseeing cyclical business activities such as payroll, compliance training, salary reviews, and succession planning. The successful individual will oversee talent acquisition, performance management, IR & ER activities. As part of this role, the HR Manager will also drive learning and development and people and culture initiatives.

Other responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  1. Grow a high-performance culture that aligns with the strategic and operational priorities of the organization.
  2. Leading and managing the recruitment function.
  3. Planning and coordination of training and development processes.
  4. Supporting competence management (CptM) and annual training plan.
  5. Coordination of GPD / People Dialogue, TAR, and ASR processes.
  6. Ensure payroll procedures and payroll-related taxation processes are meeting the legal requirements.
  7. Ensure C/AU, QMM audit requirements are met.
  8. Management of employee workers' compensation claims and back to work programs after injury.
  9. Coordination of Bosch associate surveys.
  10. Management of Personnel Marketing activities.
  11. Leading Diversity and Leadership development projects.
  12. Design, develop, and implement adaptive HR strategies that will attract, engage, develop, and retain employees.
  13. Facilitates the division or site strategy in their area of responsibility by implementing appropriate HR measures.
  14. Ensures the implementation of HR standards, policies, and processes in their area of responsibility.
  15. Any other duties so determined by the Company within or outside the Human Resources Department.

Qualifications:

  1. Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  2. Breadth and depth of experience in both strategic and operational HR experience.
  3. Relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant professional experience.
  4. Proven experience in workers' compensation processes.
  5. Excellent people skills, communication, and presentation skills.
  6. Proven experience in recruitment, leadership development, competency management.
  7. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
  8. Proven experience in strategic and operational HR.
  9. Experience in overseeing payroll processes.
