Australia’s Most Recommended Bank is looking for our next Senior People Services Coordinator. Are you ready to “Do Your Thing” to support one of ING’s most valuable assets – Our People

Reporting directly to our Head of People Services, you will be responsible for the end-to-end onboarding of talent and new hires at ING, including talent mapping and sourcing for critical roles.

This role is key in delivering on strategic plans with our business partners, leveraging data and insights to develop risk based strategies to create simple, efficient solutions for our employees, while ensuring strong governance, monitoring and controls are in place.

What you’ll do

  • Assist with tasks across the People Services team including Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Wellness Health and Safety and Risk

  • Support the wider Human Resources team on deliverables and targeted projects

  • Partner with our Global Team and local senior leaders to understand talent needs and gain visibility of our global internal talent as well as mapping of the local external market

  • Coordination of the onboarding of new employees to positively impact their onboarding journey, including background screening

  • Leverage innovative sourcing techniques, tools and strategies to identify and engage candidates, including building talent maps.

  • Develop and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making.

  • Measure conversion rates and maintain candidate databases and talent pools

  • Own and manage end to end onboarding including background screening, QA, Thematic reviews and Key Control Testing

  • Assist with monitoring and managing of risk objectives relating to the People Services team

What you’ll bring

  • Hands-on experience in a similar position, including demonstrated sourcing skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems. Experience using Enboarder would be beneficial

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field

  • Demonstrated experience in managing priorities and delivering on outcomes

  • The ability to be a creative problem solver with a positive and flexible attitude
