Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute demand forecasts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather market insights, sales trends, and historical data.
- Utilize advanced analytics and forecasting techniques to optimize inventory levels, ensuring product availability while minimizing excess stock.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess forecast accuracy and make continuous improvements to demand planning processes.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and production teams to align demand plans with business goals and customer requirements.
- Proactively identify potential supply chain issues, such as lead time variations or material shortages, and develop mitigation strategies.
The Successful Applicant Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Demand Planner in the consumer electronics or technology industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, able to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Knowledge of market trends, product life cycles, and a keen understanding of the consumer electronics industry.
